Volcanoes and mountains and other places

I was watching a couple of programs about these mountains. Then I wanted to find out about Mont Royal in Montreal - is it an extinct and very extinct volcano? No - according to the experts at the Geological Survey of Canada.

Mont St. Hilaire was mentioned as a similar mountain. I have connections there. So then I went to Google Maps and Streetview. I found the house that my mom’s sister and her husband lived in. There was a large rock in the front yard and it is still there!

I also went to Ste Hyacinthe to see their house there but that is more complicated because I do not remember the street number. Maybe I will take a trip along the street.
