“Sometimes anticipated changes do not happen as expected. I asked the young woman at the barn what her maternity leave plans were. She said she did not have any really.. .. I was encouraged because she is the person who is closely monitoring Bishop's medication. (September 28, 2008).”
Now it is a different tail (or tale) for me. Abracadabra is my horse now.
This young woman finally had her baby. This baby arrived 2 weeks late. It was a 2nd girl for the family. She arrived very quickly.
She likes to run if you hold her too tightly with the reins.
She is a sweet gentle mare.
She is being ridden a couple of times a week in the lessons.
(From the barn management)
There is a note in “The BOOK” - Abra needs to go out and play - this is before she gets some attention in a Sunday morning lesson. “THE BOOK” has all the lesson information - who is riding who and other important information - keep this horse inside; the blacksmith is coming.
Abra has not needed the blacksmith yet. It may even be a few more weeks before they meet up.
